We use Clio, a third-party provider, to process the credit card information and do not store your payment information. The use and storage of your payment information is governed by Clio’s Privacy Policy.

We may use automatic data collection technologies and collect certain information automatically when you use the Site. This information includes:

Please note that we may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, in accordance with our retention policies, and in accordance with applicable laws or until you withdraw your consent (where applicable). To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we use your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer personal data. We may retain your personal data for an additional period to the extent deletion would require us to overwrite our automated disaster recovery backup systems or to the extent we deem it necessary to assert or defend legal claims during any relevant retention period.
- CHILDREN
The Site are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any person who is under the age of 16. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 16, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child (under the age of 16) has provided us with personal information, please notify us immediately at info@griffitts.co.
- CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of California, in addition to the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. You may make such a request free of charge by emailing us with at info@griffitts.co, with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line of your email. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response.
- NEVADA RESIDENTS
Griffitts does not currently sell your “personally identifiable information” as defined under applicable Nevada law and will not sell it without providing a right to opt out.
- VISITING THE SITE AND SERVICES FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on the Site from residents of the United States and its territories and is not directed to the residents of any other country. If you are visiting the Site or using the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where Griffitts’ servers are located and Griffitts’ central database is operated. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to Griffitts’ facilities and those third parties with whom Griffitts shares it as described in this Privacy Policy.
