Lisbeth Dereaux was an English major in college and was fairly certain that she wanted to be a teacher. While attending Boston University, she worked for a marketing research company which was everything a good work study experience should be: paid, challenging and fun. Nearly 30 years later, she has built a career as a “Chief Of Staff” and developed operational strategies and resources for both large corporations and boutique firms. She now holds the position of Vice President, Operations at Griffitts LLP.
