Michael brings over 35 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries, from family-owned businesses to multinational corporations. His practice also includes general corporate counsel services, financings, and a wide array of transactional matters.
Michael began his legal career at Lord, Day & Lord in New York and has since held senior roles at Goodwin Procter, Paul Hastings, and Goodkind Labaton before founding his own firm. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and before the U.S. District Court in Connecticut.
Michael holds a J.D. with distinction from Emory Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. He earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Fairfield University and is a proud Eagle Scout. He is active in community service and serves on several nonprofit boards.
