He advises businesses of all sizes, from startups and emerging growth companies, to well-established firms looking to expand into new markets.
Robert also assists private investors, including single and multi-family offices, private funds, and other investment vehicles, with their investment and business goals, including formation, fundraising, strategic introductions, and structuring and execution of capital deployment transactions.

Robert began his career as a corporate attorney at Skadden, Arps in New York and Wilson, Sonsini in Palo Alto. He then served as general counsel at several venture-backed internet companies before founding Griffitts LLP
