He founded Griffitts LLP because he saw a gap in the marketplace―a desperate desire for high-end, high-touch, high-tech advice without the high price. A law firm by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, to meet their need for skill, speed, and service. He offers sage counsel to emerging technology companies engaging in critical corporate transactions, including seed and venture financings, mergers & acquisitions and critical technology transactions.
Rob learned valuable lessons practicing in two of the world’s most respected corporate law firms. He used that insight to create Griffitts LLP, a firm without the layers and leverage that add more cost than value.
