Robert Griffitts has represented companies in mission-critical corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, financings, licensing deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. He has also advised CEOs, founders, and boards on corporate governance, stockholder rights, and the resolution of complex stakeholder disputes.
He has worked with innovative companies across sectors such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, fintech, digital infrastructure, and sustainability. Robert has advised businesses of all sizes — from early-stage ventures to established companies expanding into new markets — as well as private investors, including family office clients, private funds, and other investment vehicles, on formation, strategic introductions, and capital deployment.
In addition to his work at Griffitts LLP, Robert currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of DeepGreenX Group Inc., a global AI-driven infrastructure company focused on green energy, edge computing, and digital finance.
Robert began his legal career at Skadden, Arps in New York and Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto. He later served as general counsel at several venture-backed technology companies before founding Griffitts LLP.
